Latest Kickstarter: FlexAI
FlexAI is a tool to simulate dynamic, appropriate creature behavior in a combat encounter. It can easily be used in seconds to dictate or suggest monster or NPC actions for Pathfinder, Fifth Edition, or, really, ANY tabletop roleplaying game. Existing IGS Backers: Who Gets What
I realize that my products and projects can get a little bit confusing! Here's a rundown of who is already slated to receive the full edition of FlexAI based on their existing contributions to our projects:

Pipeline Status
I'm hard at work wrapping up Druid Enclave. Then it's a few weeks of work to lay out AA3, and then I focus full-time on Aquilae: Bestiary of the Realm (ABR/E).I am admittedly behind schedule, but I'm thrilled at the massive amount of content that we've published thus far in 2019, and I'm looking forward to a helluva lot more in the next few months!
Priorities & Committed Work
As usual, I must underscore that this new Kickstarter does not in any way delay committed work, or change priorities. FlexAI is a concept that was announced as part of the original ABR project, and is something that I have produced anyway as part of those books. This new Kickstarter was launched to address desires identified in playtesting, and backer requests for a dedicated book outside the context of the Bestiary books. Simply put, there are backers who are interested in the FlexAI concept, but do not want to commit to the large expenditure that the Bestiary books represent. So to summarize: this does not change my pipeline, or delay any existing work in that pipeline. Onward!
2019 Planning: Prior Lives & Necrotic Realms

General Update
I've completed the Villainous Compendiumbook, and will be publishing in March. As with other projects, I'll be posting discount codes for those who have pledged to other projects, but might want a copy. VC ended up being a Hodor of a tome: 808 pages, all told, of rich description and tons of characters, ready to insert into any campaign setting.
I'm 100% heads-down now with Druid Enclave, the next thing in the queue, after which it's laying out the long-awaited Bestiary of the Realm.
But you know me: I always plan ahead.
Prior Lives, The Book of Time, and Echoes of Time Forgotten
As promised, the next Kickstarter will encompass these books. PL and ETF were unlocked as part of the Dark Obelisk 2 campaign. If you'll recall, Prior Lives will be a set of NPC backstory adventures, taking favorite characters from Dark Obelisk 1 and exploring the events of their pasts.
The Book of Time is an attempt to ground the notion of backstory adventures, and place it in a rules framing governing time travel in general. So it's an expansion of the concepts that are required to run Prior Lives.
Per backer request, the PL KS campaign will also propose the possibility of additional PL volumes, taking a similar approach to explore the backstories of NPCs from DO2, Druid Enclave, and Western Realm Gazetteer.
So, stay tuned. :)
Necrotic Realms: Dark Harbor, Barrowton, Library Vitae, Husks, and more
Amidst the various books unlocked in the DO2 and Berinncorte Basecamp campaigns is a subset that has something in common: undead stuff happening.
It turns out that in exploring the nature of the campaign setting of Aquilae, and fleshing out the story and history that will become part of the WRG setting books, these "undead stuff" books are linked in more than a mere theme: they are related and can be used together.
To help fuel this, the campaign following Prior Lives will be "Necrotic Realms", which encompasses material in the following announced and planned books:
- Dark Harbor
- Barrowton
- Library Vitae
- Husks
- Fissures
- Grim Tokens
- Sin Furnace
In common across these books will be poisons, diseases, monsters, factions, concepts, and more... but stay tuned in months upcoming!
There's much, much, much more beyond the above that I have in mind, but I need to execute the above before going too wild, I think.
In Conclusion
There's a ton happening in 2019, and a ton that will happen in 2019 that will fuel further work beyond it. I'm thrilled to have you along for the ride in whatever capacity you're interested in. :)
